spatstat 1.45-0 released

Today spatstat 1.45-0 ‘One Lakh’ has been uploaded to CRAN where Windows and OSX binaries are also available. You can also download it from the github repository. The main changes are (full release notes here):

  • Important bug fix in leverage/influence diagnostics for Gibbs models.

  • Numerous bug fixes in code for replicated point patterns.

  • Surgery on linear networks.

  • Tessellations on a linear network.

  • Laslett’s Transform.

  • Colour maps for point patterns with continuous marks are easier to define.

  • Pair correlation function estimates can be pooled.

  • Stipulate a particular version of a package.

  • Fixed namespace problems arising when spatstat is not loaded.

  • Bug fixes and performance improvements.

  • spatstat now contains 100,000 lines of R code.
