Today spatstat 1.53-0 ‘Tinfoil Hat’ has been uploaded to CRAN where Windows and OSX binaries are also available. You can also download it from the github repository. The main changes are (full release notes here):

• Numerous bug fixes for linear networks code.
• spatstat now requires the sub-package ‘spatstat.data’ which contains the datasets.
• Minor enhancements and bug fixes.
